This project included the reconstruction of the I-70 mainline, redesign of the westbound on and off ramps, construction of a new structure carrying I-70 over SR 3031, widening the mainline median to 10 ft. and providing 12 ft. shoulders. It also installed two new signals, arch culvert extensions, retaining wall, addition of a left turn lane on SR 3031 among other miscellaneous construction items. Construction began in April 2010 and was completed in Fall 2012.
